Has anyone else noticed that the "Forum Tools" do not work with IE8 ?

IE 8 (beta) is the new and updated Microsoft Internet Explorer programme - it is available through the Microsoft.com website, but if you use it I have found that the "forum tools" no longer work.

Tongue in cheek time guys . . .

You run an Alfa because you want to drive something better than the rest . .

So get a Mac and run Firefox (to get something better than ANY PC running Microsoft buggy products)

It is likely that Microsoft will push this out as part of a Service Pack upgrade in a few months time.

i tried it, managed to uninstall it and revert back to IE7, its quite a power hungry program I am on firefox 3

How did you uninstall it ? I've been struggling to do this.

no, I removed it from the program list, restarted windows and upon reboot IE7 was marked as an update

I thought the same when I installed it as its real bad, so installed firefox.

while uninstalling a program I seen it there, so quickly wipped it out

Firefox is a better browser anyhow.

Much more compliant to web standards, and doesn't have massive security flaws.

Use it for a day or two - You will notice the difference in speed alone, and will wonder why you ever used IE in the first place

still gotta get it out of the system before its a permanent update thing I did like in IE was spell check in alfaowner
