Practical Video Tutorials

Hi Everyone,

I've never started a thread before so please be kind!!

Introduction
My beloved GTV needs some TLC. It's nothing major but unfortunately I'm not very experienced with car maintenance. I'd love to be able to fix her up but don't know where to start...

I've scoured this site for ideas and answers and sure enough there's an answer for every problem and niggle I have (which is great news!) - but I believe that what we lack in this community is a tool for teaching the less experienced members (such as myself) skills and ways of dealing with problems.

The Point of This Thread
Video is an excellent medium for teaching - perhaps we could have a new video section with practical lessons such as 'replacing a spark plug on a GTV' etc.

Maybe host the videos on Google Video or YouTube and reference them here, what do people think?

Re: Practical Video Tutorials

I'm not sure. I'd imagine people who know what they're doing recording something on a camera/phone - the fiddly bits that are hard to explain on a post... :P
