Wave Want to surf AO faster?

You already are

We have been speeding up AO since Monday until it breaks and then throttling back. So please excuse any temporary errors in the next few days whilst we complete this task. We would also welcome any feedback with regards to noticable surfing speed changes. (Our aim is site wide acceleration)
Doing these gradual changes is far better for us as we can keep everything stable, however it does mean that speed changes may not be as noticable to you.

Just thought we should let you all know.

AO

Seems good to me,

I work in this industry so would be interested to know what technology are you using?

I could always find out by scanning the site, but it's polite to ask first

I'm getting occasional 'hangs' while browsing between forums

Dunno whether that's the system 'bedding in' or not

Do we need to have above a certain broadband spec to
be able to notice a difference?

I have problems when the flash video on the right side of the page pops in. The page then shows small hangs. When the flash video is out of the screen, everything is normal.
