Should be bringing the new GTV along. I've been busy and it's now got a sump full of fresh oil, new air filter, 8 new plugs and new thermostat. Just the cambelt now, and it's booked into CP in Dundee next week in preparation! Need to get some good pictures of it next weekend !

Reckon an 11am meet at Stonehaven harbour for a blether then set off for about 11:30/12:00ish. Should only take just over an hour for you to get up from Fife Philip, is that late enough for you to get rid of the hangover?

Took a wee run round most of the route today, a fair bit of snow up in the hills but the roads are all fine. Had a good blast and took a couple of snowy pics from the top of the Cairn. Roll on Sunday

I think it was, and there was a fair bit of snow south of aberdeen this morning, but it doesn't seem to be hanging around for as long as it did a few weeks back. Hopefully it will be third time lucky!

The Cairn road is still sign posted as closed, but was clear on Tuesday. When i woke up this morning i thought FFS another weekend screwed! Hopefully it will shift in plenty time for a good run on Sunday

Yep I sure have, but it needs an alternator so i'd probably just bring the Punto anyway.....

Just taken a short drive up the Cairn o Mount. Happy to report that the roads are fine, so unless we get a fresh dump of snow overnight then it will be ok for tomorrow.
Meet in Stonehaven, down at the harbour. I plan on being there from about 11:30

Looking at the weather, we are due clear skies, sunshine, but cold for tomorrow, so I reckon we'll be ok. See you at 11:30!

Well, what a day for a run! Beautful sunshine all day and a fantastic run up to Ballater. Roads were fine all the way, with only the more sheltered areas requiring a lift off from the right peddle!
Just a pity more of you couldn't make it as the roads were really quiet and Simon in his GTV and myself in the MiTo got the chance to let rip now and again.

Yes, fantastic drive and allowed the GTV to get a proper Italian tune-up! Not often seen the roads so quiet either.
