Unfortunately after the TG team left and I'd finished (ok, paused) drooling over little Richard, I had to set off back home but couldn't find any of our crew to say 'ta raa and thanks for having me' to.

I did consider etching a farewell into the grass with the embers of the still smouldering bbq but i don't have asbestos fingers like Roswell

I particularly enjoyed the convoy on the M6 toll road. The sight of all the Alfa noses in my rearview made my bunny jump ... and all those lovely bottoms too!

Glad you had a nice time Fee that's a BIG part of what AO is all about

fee i can't believe you were worried you'd get left behind by the convoy, truth is you ain't exactly afraid of a bit of speed yourself

I LOVE it Al but my sat nav broke a while ago and I'm useless with directions - attention span of a goldfish unfortunately - just didn't fancy getting lost.
M6 was fine, even i could hardly get lost on a straight road, just needed the backup once we got off it

C/R - Knutsford 85-105 mph (trying to follow Fee)
Knutsford to Stanford Hall 80-110 mph.. God i love that toll road

Enought said Thanks for the day everybody, wasnt expecting it to be so good (looking at last years pics), and a lot of my friends were pi**ed they didnt attend!

Oh, thanks for the comments about my picnic bag and exhaust.. Both a good investment i think

I did hit 130kph on the Toll it's not the 150+ I was used to with the Cup but damn good fun

Being a gentleman asked Fee at charnock richard what sort of speed she was confortable with.. 80 - 90's fast enough... so off i go 85 ish, next min fee comes past like a scalded cat at 100+

she's no slouch that Fee
