I did that when i first got my GTV. Saved me hundreds but nearly 4 years on they bump the premium up well high so had to delete them.

Arghhh!!! That's a tad expensive!

I paid £700 for my 2nd year of driving, but that was on the Mondeo 2.0i 16V, my first year insurance cost £1750 on the same car.

That's not so bad actually. Pretty good really, I assume that's 3rd part fire theft?

I Agree Adm: Moneysupermarket.com is where I look for my insurance they seem to be pretty reasonable at finding a range of quotes

Re: 20year old with a gtv or 156

I have just insurered mine with Right Choice (0845 555 0666), they really seem to know their stuff and looked at my details, they say that they look at each risk on its own merits rather than just put the details into the computer.
Worked for me

Re: 20year old with a gtv or 156

Quick Update

I am 22 with 1 years NCD (as always been insured as a named driver before then)

Just paid £830 with Bell for my GTV V6 (fully comp, £500 excess) with my live in girlfriend as a second driver.
