First meet with cic

Finally, the meet that we have been waiting for

Just got a call from Mr. Pitsillides from CIC.

The meet will take place at a specially designed warehouse, where the Giulietta and new TCT MiTo will be presented.

Date - 8th of February

Time and exact location will be posted soon.

CIC will send all of us an email invitation as well.

Only one thing that we can help with for the presentation. Does anyone have an old Giulietta ?
They would like to have one for the presentation if we can provide them.

Thanks to the effords of Pavlos Pavlides, we were able ... or rather.. HE was able to source two old Giulietta in good condition.
One of them is the previous model - 1978 and the other one is the first Giulietta from 1962 !!!!

I didnt even know we had such a car in Cyprus !

Pavlos and I had a meeting with Mr. Pitsillides yesterday afternoon. He showed us some pictures of the warehouse they used to promote the ABARTH Fiats, not long ago.
Its the same warehouse they will use this time for the presentation.
Just so you get the picture, the presentation - meet will be at night ( around 8 o clock ).
The word "warehouse" might be a bit misleading because it looks nothing like a warehouse after they are done with it. Later on the place becomes like a night club !

I also have a very nice surprise for you, which I will reveal very soon

Both old Giuliettas were delivered yesterday afternoon to CIC to be prepared for the Tuesday event. We had a chance to chat with Mr Pitsillides fr a while, and have to admit that he is very down to earth and very approachable in contrary to what we were used to with the previous Alfa dealer, which is a very good start, to add to their willingness to help us establish our club. We are now waitng to see their actual reaction in everyday cases....

I would suggest that our members that got (or will be getting) any new cars from CIC to keep us updated on any good or bad experiences with CIC. This will enable us either to send to CIC (and to other prospective customers) a positive remark or try to work out a solution with CIC in case there is a prblm
