Car Restorer in Cyprus

Im in search of a good car restorer in Cyprus who can restore a Citroen DS 23 EFI Pallas '73.
Any suggestions?

I can suggest the guy that I took my old Mercedes for restoration.
He restored the leather interior and replaced all areas at the chassis that was rusty

The owners name is Stavros and I think he is very good at what he is doing
(I also take my Brera for teflon there every 6 months)
Now, for the mechanical parts, I don't know anyone. Sorry

Hi Photis,

I have seen the last couple of years a few perfectly restored DSs and having in mind the special suspension, turning headlamps etc, you should try and find the owners of these cars and get their advice. They must have a club or something or even contact them thro' the dealer "Helides". What about the dealer?
Constantinos Hadjidemetriou (Cyprus Airways Pilot) has a perfect DS, but I am afraid have not his phone number (any C.A. inside contact?).

as far as the owners i have to try and find, my father was a Citroen and classic car fanatic, i remember we had a various collection of Citroens like the GS and DS. We had a Ford Anglia and an Opel Kapitan which was drivable when i was 5 or 6. Sadly he passed away 5 years ago and im left with a DS21 [was his daily driver] and the one i want to restore which was hardly used, has only 17000 miles!

Managed to trace his number and called him. Apparently he sold both DSs he had.

Promised to find the mechanic's/restorer's phone number and revert in a couple of days.
Fingers crossed.

Today is your lucky day.

Constantinos called me last night and gave me the restorers name & Mobile no.. His name is Mitros and no.99381890. He highly recommended him both as a technician and as a person. His garage is somewhere behind Toumazis Tyre shop & old BMW garage. The supply of the phone no. was a conditional one I am afraid as you are obliged to show Constantinos the finished car, as he still in love with the DS model.
