Anyone who can properly do ECU tuning
Not a fixed ecu program [revo], a tuner able to custom tune the car on the rolling road

Welcome to my nightmare !
I've been talking to Gus and Addie ( AlfaTuner and AHMotorsports ) and they are willing to come to Cyprus for a weekend and tune up our Alfa's.
We need to gather at least 5 cars in order for them to come and for us not to be too expensive.
So, if you are willing to proceed with this case, give me exact specs of your car : model year, engine etc , so Gus can qive us a price for tuning your car. Then add the dyno price at 170 euro per hour ( minimum charge is 1 hour, so you wont need more than that ) plus your share of Gus's and Addies plane tickets and accomodation for one night.
This may sound a bit expensive , but trust me, it will cost you less at the end of the day you wont regret it as these guys know exactly what they are doing

Hey guys,
I'm also interested in having a proper remap here in Cyprus.
I have been in contact with Angeltuning and they are also willing to come to Cyprus if we can gather 5 cars or more.
Count me in please!

Yes, that would be Senna and a friend of his with a Brera.
Gus can you quote prices for each car please ?
We've got :
N3xus's 156 -1.6 2002 model
Kyriacosmetal's - 156 - 1.6
Senna's - Alfa GT 2.0 selespeed
Senna's friend - Alfa Brera 2.2 Diesel
My Alfa 33 - 1.8 OMEX ECU, etc etc
Thats so far.
By the way, how many cars can you and Addie do over a weekend ?

I may have got the Brera thing wrong
Senna had sent me the specs of his GT and the Brera buy I accidentaly deleted them from my PM inbox
What the guys need to know is how much more power they can expect approximately and how much it will cost them.
Can you give me a rough estimate on power and cost please

Thanks for that Gus, I will inform the guys and get back to you. Also now that you gave me the prices, maybe we can source more cars in need of a remap

Sorry, I know I asked this many times but i want to ask again...
If I decide to do it, will this cancel the warranty?
I mean is there a chance the guys at dealership to found out some time when the car will go for the annual maintenance?

around 450 Euro ( 400 british pounds ) plus 170 euro for the dyno for one hour, plus your share of plane tickets and accomodation expenses if you want in.
Worst case senario for your type of engine and all expenses considered - around 700 Euro.
JTS engines are more expensive as they have more complicated ECU's

no chance of them ever finding out , its not something visible, and it wont show any errors if connected to the factory diagnostic center.
By the way, after talking to Gus ( AlfaTuner ) , he explained to me that 10 to 12 bhp more may not sound like a lot, but you will definately feel the difference in faster throttle response and more aggresive feel
Diesel engines are much more powerfull when tuned, if anyone with a diesel Alfa is interested

Yes, I can imagine
Reading posts from other 2.2JTSengine owners who did ECU remap they are very excited. Its not about more BHP,... it becomes a totally different car
Ok! Thanks a lot for the info
When do plan to do this?
I don't mean to sound a bit...
...but you will make things easy for me if you plan this after January,...
It's up to you guys always

Thats max price.
Think about it this way. If you do a REVO upgrade, it will cost you about the same, maybe even more, and it will be a " blind " upgrade as you wont know what you've done
