Alarm

Strange issue with alarm just now, set alarm and within 2 seconds it starts, on dash it says alarm unavailable, any thoughts or is there an alarm reset sequence.

Thanks, first post here about the Mito.

Something non Italian

I had this a few times on my other Mito. I usually put key back in ignition, start the car then off again, take key out and lock it seemed to cure it everytime.. Never got it looked at so cant help with the cause...

Thanx for replies, manually locked and unlocked car, then set alarm. So far so good.

had it once or twice when locking/unlocking. When locking, the car gives a few extra bleeps to let you know the alarm isn't set.

Again, just turn ignition on and off has cured it. Believe it to be a low voltage situation, usually happened on short journeys and the car had sat before.
