Wave New Mito Picked Up Today

At long last . My Mito has finally arrived and is probably the best car I have bought in the last couple of years. This is my first Alfa as I have had Honda Civics the past 6 or 7 years but there is something about these Italian cars which the Asian market can`t produce.
Best day of my life so far. First impressions style wise second to none & build quality is up there as well which is something I was worried about before purchasing. I dont`t always judge cars by first impressions but any car as soon as you sit inside gives you a grin from ear to ear and feelgood factor before you even start the engine has to be doing something right

I take it you got the Veloce trim. But one thing I can't figure out from your pictures is why the wheels look like they're the 16's from the Lusso? They look a tad smaller than usual to me but it might just be me or trick of the photography. Still looks a stunning car though.

How long did you have to wait from ordering to taking delivery? How was the service? And which dealership did you get it from?

very nice, wheels are definately veloce as lusso ones have a different spoke pattern, i like the black and tan leather interior, i've had mine three days now and haven't stopped smiling, was thinking of the bose system but the standard audio sounds so good i couldn't justify it

Lovely - We too have the tan leather and it makes the car very special. (Bose is a good system too.)
Car looks gorgeous and the 120 is a peach of an engine.
One word of avice, get some leather wipes from Wilko and keep in the glove box if you want the tan leather to stay looking pristine. Coloured jeans etc mark it very easily

Nice wheels, fella. Noticed you went for the oval exhaust pipe. Me too! (MiTo?)

I thought that was the standard exhaust pipe unless you get the 155 when you get the twin tailpipes?

It's about £80 to get the oval one put on in place of the standard circular one. (unless they shafted me - grrr!)

Erm I think they did, I didn't pay extra for that exhaust, came as standard on mine

Only standard on the Veloce I think. Option on the Lusso so you have not been shafted unless you regard £80 for a bit of tin a shafting

EDIT: Just checked the brochure and chrome pipe is standard on the Lusso as well.

I've got a Lusso, so yeah, an option. Compaired to the Smartie tube as standard, £80 absorbed into 3 years finance is a price worth paying!

I thought the tail pipes were only related to the engine, not the trim level?
