I think you actually have a point! I happen to think that the old Austin is an extermely good looking car too though.

I reckon the nose (grille) stays, but the smiley 'mouth' (lower front bumper detail) needs sorting too
btw - not the best of 'shoppers' tbh, don't expect miracles

Re: What a fugly car!
I must admit I would rather have the Austin A30/35 myself. They go on and on mechanic's wise, but the bodys rot the same as an Alfa of the same age.

I really like the Mito, but do think front could either be closer to 8C or following the 159, Brera, Spider Grille....

Re: What a fugly car!
But the Mito has the look like it has something other than MOT gas probe shoved up its tail pipe. Think Egor and his Boss designed it and shouted "it's alive!".
I have viewed a friends Fiat 500 Abrath, and it not a good looking beast but still beats the Mito.

Re: What a fugly car!
Personally I think for a small hatch the MiTo's a great looking car - whilst a BMW 320 is perhaps one of the ugliest saloons ever

Re: What a fugly car!
Austin A35, follow on from the A30. Identifiable by having the larger rear window rather than the smaller one it's earlier brother had. Both Cute? :

Re: What a fugly car!
The MiTo is certainly no looker from the front. It's a shame, because from any other angle it looks fine.

Re: What a fugly car!
Im sorry but i cant see how you can look at that and say its ugly. Its easily the best and most prestigeous looking hatch out there at the mo imo. V6John it looks nothing like a micra. Considering you hate the MiTo so much you seem to spend all your time in this section.....i think you really want one
