Alfa Romeo Mi.To
"Latest' Pictures to do the rounds...not sure if already on this site.
If really the actual car, the exhaust sytem looks aftermarket 'tacky' and the car has Mamma's 'backsided' .....
of course 'big bum' this could be an optical illusion....

Re: Alfa Romeo 'Junior'
I agree about the exhaust. The fact this car is on trolleys at the rear is going to affect the aesthetics, but it does look a bit bulbous under the dust sheet.I'll reserve judgement.Word is it will be unvieled at Geneva show next year.

Seems like a lame excuse to me.....get one bought.

Re: Alfa Romeo 'Junior'
exhaust = yuk, but the rest looks potentially good to me. Rear has potential for strong 8c resemblance. I like the big bum of the Brera + GTV has one too really.

Re: Alfa Romeo 'Junior'
I think the exhaust looks OK, Porsche have a similar design on their 997. Cant wait to see it, cant be long before we get a pic.

I'm intrigued by the exhaust; and alfa are targeting the 18-30 group I think. I am very excited by this:xmas: :xmas:

Re: Alfa Romeo 'Junior'
AS far as the exhaust is concerned it looks a damn sight better than the 145/147, which is a tin-can welded to a big square biscuit tin that hangs down below the bumper. So the new one gets my vote.
As for the rest of the car - I can't see it so I'm not going to comment.

Agree on the exhaust
the front of the car looks high to me, if you look carefully, you can see the shape of the bonnet and headlights, the back looks a bit Ka to me

Re: Alfa Romeo 'Junior'
Yes I have also wondered about where Sakis gets his info... more often than not he seems to turn out to be wrong.
I guess the front of cars is forced to be high because of the EU? I think it is the main reason behind the redesign of the BMW Mini.

Re: Alfa Romeo 'Junior'
I have no0 idea how any of you know that it looks like anything. It's a bit of a car underneath a dust sheet.

Agree with you - hate the bulbous lump of an exhaust on my 147. Hopefully will get it upgraded to a decent looking one soon. Pics look good to me from what you can see!

Re: Alfa Romeo 'Junior'
Well I can defo see an Alfa grille at the front , and a bonnet crease.
Is it son of 147 or son of 156 though. What I can see of it looks good enough.
Perhaps Alfa should supply all new cars with a cover like that..I think that would be a really good sales thingy/gimmick/whatever. Especially in chav land.

Re: Alfa Romeo 'Junior'
The exhausts on the GTA version should be where the "lights' are , either side of the rear, "fake' diffuser'

Re: Alfa Romeo 'Junior'
Agree with Gilbert, though they should have put two exhausts in the middle, not just one
