...better photo, perhaps.
Those Asso's look and sound great spec wise. Any idea if they are flow cast or forged ?
The Rays/Mazdaspeed MS-02's I run in the summer are around 8KG each.
However they are fitted with via billet aluminum PCD adapters (5.9kg) which adds any shaved weight over stock wheels back onto them.
The way they look are absolutely not for everyone and they photograph terribly.
To me they have the all business look of a 1960's Campagnolo or Cromadora wheel so synonymous with Italian cars, a look that I personally find very appealing.
I would have a good look at after market wheels targeted at track bound 4C owners as the OEM wheels on those are a good 11kgs each for the larger sizes.
I'd project the OE 17" wheel fitted to the 4C is even heavier due to the process by which it is manufactured but haven't yet found any figures.
HRE, Braid, Advan (RSII Available in 5x98, 17x8, et35 at 6.9kgs), Fifteen52 are all offering wheels to suit the 4C, although they will definitely fall into the expensive category.
Cheapest thing I can find is:
no idea how good they would be though
