Re: Fuel Pump? Suggestions and costs?
My 2000 GTV TS recently had some body work done and the bodyshop managed to run the car out of fuel while they left it idling for hours. The result was a replacement fuel pump fitted by my local alfa main dealer at £320 (inc Vat) for the part and 3 hrs labour at £97/hr. Luckily the insurance company/body shop have picked up the labour, but I haven't got them to accept full liability and also pay for the pump - still working on that one! They have also manged to screw up the central locking .....so if if anyone has any ideas what could be wrong it would be appriciated.
