Re: Car Leather Dye
Cleaned up my driver's seat this w/e with the cleaner supplied by Car Leather Dye. Boy, whilst I didn't think my seats were dirty they were actually filthy... not surprising after 9 years I guess. I went and bought some brushes for cleaning/polishing shoes as you need bristles to get into the texture of the leather. After some serious cleaning I treated the leather with the conditioner they supply. It actually smells like leather and the seat now looks really good. I didn't think it looked bad before but it now noticeably looks much better. As soon as I have some spare time I'll try the dye as my driver's bolster has some wear like fantoms.
I've learned that black leather has one advantage over red in that it doesn't show accumulated grime!
