Just a question, are you sure the judder is caused by the engine mounts?
Anyway, easiest to change is the top mount and usually its the one that wears most, the others are ok to change, easier if you have access to a ramp but possible by just jacking car up and using stands, make sure to have a jack to take the weight of the engine when take the bolts out.
You will need a long extension bar to get to the bolts on the front left mount and will need to remove the air ducting from air fed to the air filter, I can't remember if I removed the filter housing or not , you may need to take it out to get access to the bolts.
