Soak bushes in very hot water, squeeze end of bush with a large hose clip(wrap a Jubilee clip around the bush) so 5-10mm of bush end is exposed, grease the clean smooth bore of the arms hole, draw the bush into the hole with large pliers(swan necks) or long bolt and washers/nuts. As the bush goes in, loosen the hose clip. Once its in enough, and doesnt want to come out, remove the hose clip and fully seat the bush. Finally push the metal tube into the bush with plenty of moly, or whatever you're using. Clearance and fit are important for bushes so removal and cutting/filing bits maybe needed and often done in my experiance.
As for them pesky bumpstops, a gentle chamfer to the metal hole, a strip of metal with a slot cut out then slid behind the attachment bud. The strip should stop the bud being compressed into the bumpstops's body when pressure is applied. Make sure there is NO sharp edges on the metal and of course a smear of washing up liquid. A plastic cable tie can be used to compress the attachment bud, then removed by lifting the metal stip to gain access to cut the tie, after the bud has gone in the hole. You can use the string/cord/wire noose method, I like to coil it around a few times and not tie it in a knot around the bump bud!
If anyone dont understand whats written above get someone else to read it and explain to them. Hope it helps.
