GTV TS Short Shifter kit

Hey i found this: flatout | Rakuten Global Market: AlfaRomeo (Alfa Romeo) 145 / 155 TS 8 V-16 V/Spider quick shift Kit was wondering if anybody knew if these parts would do the magic wonder that is fixing the long throws. Im guessing its only for the 5 speed. its the only 5 speed short shifter kit i have seen in a long time so thought you guys might know if the sum of its parts would work.

Have never seen that before, so im interested to see informed replies!

For what its worth, I simply lopped off the top 2-3 inches of the gear stick with my angle grinder and reattached the shifter.

Certainly made a reasonable difference in feel (even though the shift gait is the same) for a grand sum of €0.00

If it fits it will still be a PITA to mount. You need to do it from below and remove the exhaust to get access.

I did what euroboy did, Hacked off the top 2 inches then fitted a smaller gearknob. It made a big difference, especially after I changed the gearbox oil.

I may yet get a short shifter as I got one for My Giulietta and have been impressed with the change the feel.

Got confirmation from pud that this is legit and (Flatout company) is well known in the japanese aftermarket.
Bought 2 kits, got a loose and squeeky gear stick so everything has to come out anyway to change the bushings so might as well buy this.
Have to get a forwarding company to do the work since they dont ship internationally.
