GTV aerial power problems

Evening. I've been in the process of re-installing my original Clarion GTV radio unit after a couple of months with any unit being used. I've found that the aerial wouldn't go up or down anymore. On investigation and elimination it looks like the wire supplying 12volts to the aerial when the radio is switched on is only giving 4 volts so won't activate the relay to send the aerial up. Has anyone had any similar problems or know of a common fault. Is there any connectors or fuses behind the dash or in the boot that may have failed. Also any links to wiring diagrams to try and trace the problem would be great. Picture of the connector that powers the aerial below.: :

The wiring diagram for the Car radio can be found in Volume 3 section 14 (New GTV owner)
