Rear wheels camber

When I look at the car from the back it appears the rear wheels taper out, not sure if thats positive or negative camber. On previous cars that was a sign of wear in the trailing arms.

Is that the case on the GTV or shuld there be a certain amount of camber?

Re: Rear wheels camber

The rear camber on both the Spider and GTV is very high around 1.5 - 2 degrees from memory. It assists in the passive steering of the car.

It is completely normal but it will give you uneven rear tyre wear over time. You can change it by filing off something according to my Alfa dealer but i quote 'it will then handle like a Hyundai'!

Leave it and live with the tyre wear the handling is excellent the way Alfa has set the cambers.

Cheers Josh.
