hmmm so.. i tried to screw on the tube without the union and it was a perfect fit. sure it does only 60% of the thread because it lacks the union but the tube fits.
should be long enough since the thread only went in 60% so the union is the last 40. not sure if its a 100% seal. but it sort of works.
edit: just looked at the picture.. WAIT... THERES A UNION ALREADY ON IT... ........... im so dumb.. xD
that means the big rusted nut is the only one you should take off and that means and im a complete idiot.
xD xD xD i cannot believe i went all chain saw massacre on the tube to get it off when the rusted nut was actually the easy one to turn but i didnt turn it, i turned the union, and that was stuck like no other, 12 inch wrench and socket going opposite ways while pushing all i had xD.. all for nothing.
oh well, im happy now..
