Sounds pretty involved. Copy and pasted this from another forum.member.
Quite a tough job, I managed it on the drive but wouldn't want to do it again in a hurry. Having said that if you've managed to do the lower wishbones you're clearly capable of doing it.
1of1 is right, the subframe does indeed need lowering about 15cm or so, which is not hard, the hard part is getting it to line up again.
Jack the car up both sides, remove ARB drop links, split lower wishbone balljoints, undo exhaust at the the downpipe, undo exhaust heatshield along the length of the car leaving only the rearmost in place. The rear engine mount has to be disconnected, I couldn't for the life of me split this from the mounting rubber, so had to undo the 3 bolts and remove the mount itself. Undo all bolts along the rear edge of the subframe, then with a trolley-jack under the subframe start undoing the remaining 2 bolts that pass through the subframe arms, as you undo the bolts lower the subframe on the jack low enough to wriggle the ARB out.
Those plates (item #13 above) weren't fitted on mine
The ARB bushes are sealed in the mountings and require drilling out if if you're planning on replacing just the bushes, make sure the bar itself is in good condition with no rust or flakes, as the replacement bushes will simply wear out and you'll be doing the job again in no time.
