PH1 and PH2 Spider Bumpstops

Morning everyone. I have just replaced the rear shockers and drop arms on the spider but I notice that the springs, and bumpstops look past their best. The MOT is looming and I was thinking of asking the garage to replace the spriings and bumpstops at the same time. My question is:- do the bumpstops live inside the metal/plastic cone in the top of the springs, and is there a difference between Ph1 and Ph2. My car is a 98 and seems to be a bit of each. Finally, does anyone have the base of a cigarette lighter to fit the spider. It has a 3 prong connection on the base.
Thanks in advance for your help

Bump stops attach to bottom of cone. You should be able to see them. I have some phase 1 bump stops for sale on eBay. These are no longer available new but you can use phase 2 and cut them down a bit if you want.
