different between Tutela GI/R and Tutela GI/A

And Is Tutela GI/R and Tutela GI/A is the same? Can I use Tutela GI/A , because I see www.shop4parts.com can supply this prouduct.

You can use Tutela GI/A in the power steering of your Spider - or Dexron II, since it is the same spec. Tutela GI/R is not the same as GI/A. Tutela GI/R is used in the hood hydraulic system, it has a viscosity of 5 SAE and is a greenish colour. Tutela GI/A has a viscosity of 10 SAE and is red.

If you use Tutela GI/A in your hood hydraulic system, there is a possibility that is will not be compatible with the hydraulic seals in the system which and you may, in due course, have to replace all 6 of the hood actuators - very expensive.

The products are listed separately in the Tutela web site although the GI/R is difficult to find even there.
