Pinch bolts

Hi are the pinch bolts on the front lower arm ball joints threaded into to hub as well as the 17mm nut ,or are mine just seized in solid

Not threaded. Try soaking in plus gas and turning bolt with a breaker bar and socket. Also stick nut back on to protect thread and give it a bash with a hammer.

Have already tried that will hit it with a bigger hammer .Trouble is the bolts on the front suspension are so rusty that sockets spanners no longer fit properly ,SH#T mild steal bolts .Already snapped one of the bolts in the subframe for the brace .Struggled like hell to get the wishbone buses undone {rust} Still only got 3 of them out ,there no way i will get the last one out probaly have to grind the head off

Are they all like this or just a few

A good sppray of +gas the day before and another 10mins before attempting to remove is always a good way to help.

As for pinch bolt use the hammer the same way you do for balljoints, don't whack the bolt rather whack the hub that the bolt goes through.
