Car dead - electrical fault

Must be something I've done wrong,

Fitted second hand DAB head unit - worked but decided to seek better one. Took it out, along with DAB aerial which I had fitted to go up passenger side of windscreen. Pulling the aerial cable out was difficult, as if it had caught on something.

Now car, two days later (it has just been sitting in the garage) is dead. Thought pulling the aerial cable had disconnected something in the passenger footwell but all seems OK.

Don't think battery has died as time on clock is about the same time I stripped out the radio. The main fuses in the engine compartment are OK.

Anybody got advice on how to go through fault-finding?
