Nope, sounds like what I did. I found an awful lot of black filth came out so tried to bleed as much fresh fluid though as I could be bothered. The line to the slave is rather down-hill which makes for problems sometimes and it can help to use the pressure-bleed devices you can buy that fit on the reservoir and 'blow' the fluid down. In extreme cases it can help to try to burp air back to the reservoir (start with piston(s) fully 'out' and shove them back with the bleed nipple closed) but I'd try everything else first! I didn't have a problem on the V6.
