Help Alarm question

Hi everyone,
I've been trying to figure out how, or if it's necessary, to turn off the alarm movement sensors up at the sides of the windscreen if I leave the car with the top down. The reason I ask is that I used to have a Peugot 206CC and if you wanted to leave it locked and immobilised in every other way apart from these sensors you had to press a button on the dash as you got out of the car. I've looked in the book but because it's fitted with a Meta alarm the alarm section in the book doesn't apply. I'm not sure if the car knows the roof is down and therefore disables these automatically!

Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Alarm question

Hi on mine you press the alarm button and hold it down for 5 secs until the indicators do a double/tripple? flash. That way the alarm is set without the pressure sensors, its in the alarm book somewhere!
