Replacing the radiator can be quite difficult. Removing the six top bolts is easy , 4 for the slam panel 2 for the plastic side covers . Then remove the four top bolts , 2 holding the radiator sides and 2 holding the radiator to the air con rad . Easy so far .then remove 2 top screws inside the plastic cable channel , disconnect the wiring connectors going to the 2 fans . . The fan assembly is now free, but I doubt you will be able remove it . You will now have to remove the 4 13mm bolts underneath the car . They are very tight , use plus gas release fluid a few days prior to removal. When you've undone all 4 bolts cut the old jubilee clips off . There are now 4 small 8mm bolts holding the air con rad and plastic shield to the bottom of the radiator, remove these. You may now be able to remove the radiator and fans from the car from below . When the radiator and fans are off you can prise open the bottom holders slightly and remove the fan assembly from the radiator . Re assemble from below and don't forget all the rubber grommets and spacers . Good luck , it took me 6 hours to complete .alfa Gtv spider phase 1.
