P3 JTS. Value for insurance agreed value purposes?

My 2005 JTS is still not considered a "Classic" for insurance purposes but this year's policy comes with an "Agreed Value" option for a few quid more.

Since she's tucked up in the garage and only brought out for shows she's in as close to perfect concourse condition as I can get her. She won NAD best in class a couple of years back. Paintwork is almost perfect only a couple of stone chips on the bonnet let her down. Interior is spotless. Engine bay etc is immaculate. Currently SORN at 16k miles.

One of the nicest examples of a P3 JTS that you'll find anywhere. So the question is what "agreed value" should I be asking for?

Based on recent "sales" of rare low milers mentioned here I am thinking about 8k. What do others think ?

I would go for complete top end. At least the insurance co will come back to you if they are not happy and you can then at least come to some agreement, but yes, try it at the highest poss value you can first.
I went for top end on my GTV V6 and they agreed! As you know they'll want about 7 or 8 pics.
