Excited about the summer? I sure am.
Problem is the car started whining at the end of the summer and i never found the source.
When the car is stationary and i turn the steering wheel around it whines when turned to the left.
The whining is coming from outside the cabin.
Could it be the front left suspension turning in it's axis?
I just took the first drive for this season and the whining is still there, so the winter rest didn't help. (obviously)
More so when i drive the car it whines A LOT and from reading here i think it's the bushes but what does that have to do with the steering wheel? The sound is hard to isolate but i am not sure it comes from the back, maybe the front....
Could all this whining be the same problem?
It whines whenever the car rocks back and forth or when i take turns or hit a bump.
I can order the strongflex bushes and replace the whole rear but i don't know if this is the problem. The mileage is 65000km on the car.
Other than that it goes like a dream! A rocket!
