For the rear brakes before you go buying any new parts, take wheels off and pads out and pull back dust covers on piston and give a good spray of +gas, wind piston back in and that should help rear brakes. While there pull sliders off and polish/clean with wire wool or emery paper, grease the two shafts and refit. Then address handbrake by putting oil on handbrake spring on rear hub and then liberal application of grease on spring. Put pads back and wheel also and then adjust both cables at handbrake lever.
Exhaust, you will need a new front pipe section as stainless steel is not normally made for this. So, £90ish front pipe + fitting and stainless exhaust Cat back £350+
New wishbone £50-60 + fitting.
Your car does need a Cat.
