GTV Turbo - ive just done the same thing 3 weeks ago.
As far as I can tell there are no overlay kits - but the good news is you can just swap with a set from another car.
Make sure you get clocks from the same vintage car (I.E. phase 1 / phase 2) - removal is simply the two allen bolts you can see at the top and then pull out toward you.
Its a 10 minute job and the new set just plug straight in without hassle - job done!
I paid 30quid for my MPH clocks from a seller on this board, but I think I got them dirt cheap. Good luck!
ps - you dont need mph clocks for an MOT so only change them if its for personal preference.
