Red 'Exclamation Mark' Light
I need some advice.
For 99.9% of my driving, the spider behaves perfectly. However, there is one roundabout on the way to work at which the red 'Exclamation Light' warning comes on for a fraction of a second then goes out again. It doesn't happen on the return journey !
This only happens when I'm just starting to accelerate to leave a roundabout, having steered to the right for a second or two, and just as I turn back past the centre to start steering to the left and come off the roundabout.
I've seen this twice before at another right hand bend, but can't make it happen deliberately anywhere but the forementioned roundabout. I've spent the last 3 days trying to throw it round other corners to see if I can find a trend, but to no avail. That one roundabout is the only place I can make it happen.
It's going in for a service on Friday anyway, so I wanted to get some better info to point them in the right direction.
Does anyone have any theories?
I checked the oil, and this seemed fine. Put a little more in just in case, and this made no difference.
Does that light come on if there's a loss of traction, or is it just an engine thing? Should I be very worried?
