I joined the Alfa fold one year ago and I have been to two meets: Bristol Italian Automoto Festival April 2014, and Brooklands May 2014.
I took lots of 916 photos but not one was Zoe Yellow in colour.
See your thread #7 Brooklands Oct 2014
Before going further I would like to say my nature is to help people. Your photos clearly demonstrate a big difference in colour and my aim was to inform people not to rely on online photos and people's description of colour but to go and see the car for real. No two people's perception and description of colour will be the same.
It is hard to express colour in words and computer display screens deceive. For example see Color Tags / Lemon
on a laptop. View the screen from various angles and the lemon colour, or is it yellow, will change to brown, green, orange, red, yellow
Please take these words in jest. If we were having a drink together in a pub tonight I would be winding you up all night calling it St Clements Yellow... it looks orange in the shade and lemon in the sun
I'm sure if I turned up at your showroom prepared to pay over the odds to get the exact colour car, bright lemon, that I've been looking for years to buy that you would sell it to me as bright lemon as the customer is always right. I would expect you however to correct me on the colour name. Conversely I would not be happy travelling all the way to Sussex expecting to buy a bright lemon car and finding a golden orange one and having to walk away from the deal.
Have a nice Christmas Clive.
