Stinking cheap at that price with only 52k miles.
Cat C is not 'worse' than a Cat D, a certain number of cars are Cat C'd to help stop cloning. The VIC check only checks Vehicle Identity not repair quality or safety issues.
Ignore any one who tells you it's too expensive.
I bought a Cup which had been Cat C'd for envy lines/key scratches on every panel, no accident damage, & all 4 tyres darted through the side walls. I had it totally repainted & replaced 4 tyres, it was better than before it was 'vandalised'. I gave very strong money for it & spent a lot on the paint, tyres & cambelt etc etc, it sold for £8k.
