Braided brake lines

Has anyone else out there put braided brake lines on a Spider 2.0TS?

I have been advised against it since on full lock the pipes apparently bend to 90 degrees, which with the increased stiffness of the braided pipe will cause it to pop out of the crimping on the inner wing and presumably hang loose.

Any got any experiences to share on this or any suggested work-arounds?

Re: Braided brake lines

I’ve not used them but the original pipes are pretty tight in the first place. Why don’t you get slightly longer ones or get them made up? The fittings are pretty universal.
