Cambelt interval is 5 years max, lots of places recommend 4 years to be on the safe side. So it wouldn't be a bad idea to get it done now, then you've got a few years of not having to worry about it.
The rads corrode internally too and become less efficient, so keep an eye on the temp gauge. It's another preventative maintenance item, if you get an aluminium one on now it's less things to do later.
Have someone put it on a lift and give it a thorough check for any underbody corrosion too, sooner you catch anything the better.
