Clearly done something silly - electrical issues
I needs some advice - I should be able to figure this out but it's dark now and I'm looking for ideas before I go back to check things to tomorrow
I was adding an amp remote wire to the after market stereo I have installed. Amp is connected but getting no power to it. Thought i could power it from the red 12v wire as I had no remote blue wire. This failed to work.
Whilst I was messing about after that I saw a few sparks coming from a loose wire in the stereo cage but thought nothing of it. Shortly after I notice that the stereo wouldn't power up.
Went and bought a new harness for the stereo which has the remote wire on it. Still no power for the stereo or amp.
Went back to mess around this evening and noticed that the windows, all exterior lights and rear screen heater are now not working so clearly shorted something. Indicators work via hazard button and when locking doors via fob. All other systems seem fine.
Probably a fuse for one of these is at fault or a relay. Anything I may have missed?
Thanks in advance.
