I've just replaced both badges, front one £21 complete with the chrome grill which was only £7 more than the cost of the badge alone. Rear was about £14, both procured from B&W.
Front one is a no-brainer, simply unscrew the old grill, fit the new one ... 5 minutes, if that.
Rear one is a bit more fiddley. Remove the boot liner, compressing the studs along the long side of the rectangular clips. Rotate the lock collar clockwise (looking from inside the boot) and remove the whole assembly. Carefully prise off the circlip and get ready to catch the spring that is between the badge and the lock body and the one tensioning the badge and the nylon collar that goes onto the pivot under the circlip . Remove the badge. Partially refit new badge and position spring in retaining holes. Push badge fully home and refit the spring, collar and circlip. Refit lock body and secure with the collar.
Sounds tricky, really it's not. I've attached the manual diagram that shows how it hangs together.
