V6 Clutch Issues
I hadn't driven my V6 for about a month and took it out before. When I initially pulled away the clutch felt fine, but after about the 3rd gearchange, the pedal went light and remained down. I immediately thought it would be the slave, so turned round and tried to get it back, changing gear as little as possible. The pedal never remained down again, but the pedal just feels 'wrong' - it's a lot lighter than it was before and there is a horrible vibration through the pedal. Other than that there are no other noises, it still bites ok and takes up drive and it isn't slipping.
I took the air filter trunking off before to check the slave, but that looked fine, there was no fluid around the top of the box either. Master cylinder also appears fine - no fluid around the pedal and the fluid level in the reservoir hasn't dropped.
Something's definitely wrong, but I'm not sure what. Do these have a DMF? Could it be that failing?
