Get the car into a local specialist and get them to check if the rear bushes are all ok as there's 14 of them in total and you really don't want them to wear the subframe down as this will cost big money to repair. If they are wearing, get them powerflexed instead of replacing them with standard then you won't need to worry about them again.
If one of the dampers is leaking then replace it, this is probably the cause of your problems. One side will be damping at a different rate to the other and upsetting the handling and ride. You'll need to replace both dampers as well to avoid the problem just switching sides or at the worst ruining the new damper.
