Dont know the car, but the mileage is only one guide. Have a look at the buyers guide in the forum for tips and ideas when going to have a look.
Personally, I would be more worried about how it drives and feels - mielage is nothing if its genuniely been totally pampered and properly maintained as suggested. My spider has done over 160,000kms and has a comprehensive service history from new. She rides tight on powerflex and coilover suspension. The engine is actually putting out more than standard BHP even now, due to a few mods and a good rolling road set up. My point being that "high" mileage isnt a problem for the strong V6 if its been cared for.
Thrust bearing is to do with the clutch (I think) so budget a full replacement for that into the equation when considering what you want to pay.
It looks like its owned by an enthusiast (good) but not sure for how long (hmmm). Personally it looks a nice car, few good mods done already. I would not buy the car blind though!
There are no guarantees of course - if you want one its a leap of faith as they are usually wonderful and sometimes terrible.
good luck with the choice!
