I do like the white/red combo. Not a fan of white cars, but admit it does look good.
Persoanlly what you do next depends on what YOU want from the car.
If you want to personalise it to your own taste (as I have done) and not worry about the "purists" views, then go for it. As your colour combo is pretty unique, then its really trial and error as your car is an unusual colour.
If you want to keep it as some find of "future classic" then clearly dont mess with it much. There are a few white ones now on the roads. only a few years ago there wasnt a white car to be seen. Now they are like rabbits!
Personally, I dont think I like the serpent badge on yours (dont know why) and I would definitely find a red Momo or similar complementary interior as it is a little black - mine was originally all black and it just felt a bit claustrphobic with the roof up. One thing I did was specifly a grey headlining lining to the roof when I had mine replaced to lift the gloom.
