Yeah, the body roll has been commented on although since refreshing the suspension my abs don't hurt the next morning now.
Got Suplex springs all round (S01052 & S01053)
Koni SRT T non adjustable dampers on the front and old OEM on the back.
Rear spring pans are PowerFlexed.
Diff is Q2 so gets pulled around the corners.
Although still open to recommendations and advice. The car does about 200 miles a week getting me to work so wanted to strike a balance.
The Suplex springs & Koni SRT are equivalent to original standard spec + you're still running 16S on presumable 205/50s? All nice for the road but not really for serious track use.
The cheapest & quickest way for a small improvement would be a new pair of rear shocks(a good/cheap rear shock is the KYB) & a set of 17s on 225/45s.
For track use at the very least you should consider uprated/lowering springs & 17" wheels on 225/45s(or 18s on 225/40s) but any these will make your 200 mile a week commute more uncomfortable....unless you keep the 16s for these trips? Eibachs 20mm drop springs with Koni Sport, which are adjustable...& therefore good for different track settings, would be my recommendation, especially as it's your daily driver & not a track car, but still the 16s will keep it acceptable for road use. Others might tell you that Konis/Eibachs & 17s are fine for everyday.....which they are as long as you don't want comfort. I've got these & other suspension combinations so I'm not biased in any way.
Uprated anti roll bars are also worth considering, especially for the front.
Forget going lower &/or coilovers, unless you want to spend a lot on good quality ones, but I'd only fit these to a proper track car definitely not my road car. I've had all these, even thought
I quite liked them for a short time but eventually took them all off.
