Lambda Sensors.........Again!!

Hi Guys, after a week of messing about, I thought it was about time I came and asked the experts. I have a 2003 GTV 2.0 (CF3), which is showing an engine management light. Plugging in the old laptop with Multiecuscan, showed the fault as a post cat sensor fault. Easy says I. Not a bit of it. After ordering from two separate sources, both times the sensor arrived with short cables, which makes me think that they were pre-cat (even though both suppliers insisted they were the right ones). Am I going mad here? Have I made a stupid error? Checking on EPER it also seems that the part numbers have been transposed. Does anyone know definitively, which damn sensor I am looking for? Please help out a desperate old duffer, before he expires with terminal brain ache!!

If its a twinnie ( sorry cant remember the changeover date to JTS on the GTV ) the EPER says part no is 46786048 which as a bosch part is 0258006411
Cable is 1530mm long - like this one!006!411.html
