Help Spider softop fixings

Hi folks, I have been doing a lot of work to my Spider recently including purchasing a new burgundy mohair roof and rear screen.
After loosening the retaining screws/bolts in preparation to do the swap I noticed the screws (being 17 years old and mild steel) are all stuffed so I am getting shiny new stainless replacements.

The problem I have is I am unable to find this one particular screw in the attached photos, does anyone know where I can get some?

Also some horrid person tried to steal my baby by cutting through the roof (needed changing though) and even cut through inner head lining, I have looked around but can't find one. Might be an idea to get one made? I am thinking alcantara ;-)

Have you tried a main dealer, or a motor factor. There are also a few on ebay selling stainless steel nuts, bolts and screws.

Might be a silly question but have you been taking the screw with you to some fastener/hardware stores to get them to take a look for you?

Also, by the looks of things, you could potentially just use a screw of the same size and thread, with a washer to replace those. Pretty sure a traditional screw + washer would do the same job as those screws which include the washer as part of their construction.
