Normally there is a plastic lug that catches the stalk as the wheel comes back to the center. It is probably this that's snapped .
I am not sure if this part is not actually attached to the steering column itself someone may know. Normally this involves removing the steering wheel to fit the part you have linked to or to fix the lugs I mentioned but untill you know wait .
I'lllhave a look on eper and see if I can see.
It does look like its part of the switch from what I can see so that should fix it.
You may need to remove the wheel but I am not sure it does look like it goes over the actual steering column though so 1 hr maybe of labour.
