- but there's more details below...
New recon engine with less than 10K covered fitted by Alfa specialists Monza Sport.
Very reluctantly the time has come to sell on my Alfa Romeo GTV 2.0 Lusso T spark. A new business, planned home extension, three kids and no garage to sorn it in means I'll have to pass it on.

I've owned the car since July 2006, originally purchased to commute from Brighton to Horsham via the Southdowns (great fun). I now work in central Brighton (a nightmare for commuter parking) so tend not to use it so much.
Its totally unmolested (to the point of having the original stereo), with the exception of a Powerflexed rear end. Its been well kept, never thrashed and comes with a stack of history and receipts.
Silver paint / black momo leather interior (regulary feed)
Lusso spec with additional climate and aero pack including 17" teledials & subtle rear spoiler - all factory fitted.
New engine fitted at by Monza Sport (Ashington) in September 2008 at approx 105K at no expense. Now on 115K - only covered 10K!
It has been dry stored / garaged from 21/03/2010 to 20/11/2012 (thanks to babies and camper van). Stored on other wheels and tyres.
Alfa's beautiful 17in Teledials + centre caps (refurbished by Wheelworks in 2012 whilst the car was son).
Original 6 disc CD changer in boot.
Toolkit in boot.
Powerflex rear spring pans and doglegs.
Clean underneath with no rust.
New slave cylinder (January 2014)
Front brake pads and discs (Spring 2013)
New rear shocks (Autumn 2013)
New battery (July 2012)
Tax until 31/04/2014.
MOT until 19/11/2014
I also have the full Alfa workshop GTV manuals on CD as searchable PDFs.
Engine change spec at a cost of £2,300+: (Details c/o to Keith at Monza - 01903 893052)
The recondition engine was installed by Monza Sport and consists of the following:
- Recon engine block (blockhead would have been rebored if required)
- New pistons, piston rings and crankshaft.
- New cambelt kit and variator
- The clutch was also replaced at the same time.
Small scuff o/s corner rear bumper since I bought the car - I've never sorted it even though I live opposite a paint shop.
Sunroof motor not working (since January 2014 - fuses fine)
Stereo not working (since march 2014) - it's the factory Alfa tape deck which I've never changed. The buttons have been on their way out since last year. It has power + the electric ariel fully extends/retracts.
In a nutshell:
Full history, all manuals, stacks of receipts, original sales invoice, engine change details, sorn details, previous MOTs, tax disc etc…
Lots of work carried out by Alfa specialists Monza Sport in Ashington including new engine with less than 10K covered.
All keys including red and immobiliser keys.
HPI clear - checked on purchase 04/2006 (in history file)
Currently owned by AROC / alfaowner. com member.
Genuine (and very reluctant sale)
*Magic boot opening button*
The car is located in Shoreham (7miles outside of Brighton).
